Dates, deposits, what we bring, what you bring.

THE SERVICE

  • You buy the alcohol. We bring the rest — licensed bartender, bar setup, ice, mixers, fresh garnishes, cups, straws, napkins, setup, service, and breakdown. No markup on liquor, beer, or wine. Leftovers stay with you.

  • We bring the bartender, the bar if you need it, tools, bar ice, coolers, mixers, garnishes, soft drinks / non-alcoholic options, cups and straws, and a shopping list.

    You bring the spirits, beer, and wine.

  • Intermediate — up to 35 guests, 1 bartender, 3 hours — $825

    The Experience Small — up to 50 guests, 1 bartender, 4 hours — $995

    The Experience — 51–75 guests, 1 bartender, 4 hours — $1,250

    The Experience Large — 76–150 guests, 2 bartenders, 4 hours — $1,750

    All packages include full bar setup, mixers, garnishes, cups, straws, and the ice listed on Services. 20% gratuity is added to every package.

  • Yes. You bought it. You Keep It!

  • Yes. Every bartender on a CME event holds an Oklahoma ABLE Event Bartender (EVB) license and has completed required in-person server training. We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance. If your venue needs a certificate naming them as additional insured, say so on the quote.

  • Pick the package that covers your headcount. A little under is fine. You still pay that package — we don’t shrink the price for a smaller crowd.

    A few over the limit: we’ll move you to the next package, or add a bartender if that’s the better fit. We’ll put it on the quote before you pay.

    Over 150 guests: custom quote. That’s extra staff, extra ice, extra setup — not a listed package.

    Under 35: Intermediate is the floor. We don’t book a full bar for a handful of people at a discount.

BOOKING & MONEY

    • Hit Pour Up A Quote and send the form.

    • We confirm package, extras, and a shopping list.

    • A 50% deposit locks the date.

  • 50% of the package total (plus gratuity on that amount) holds the date. Balance is due 7 days before the event, or cash / Square the day of. The date is not reserved until the deposit clears.

  • Yes. It’s added on top of the package. Don’t tip twice unless you want to.

  • 14 days or more before the event: the deposit becomes a credit toward a new date within 12 months. No cash refund.

    • Inside 14 days: the deposit is kept.

    • If we cancel, you get a full refund.

    • If we rebook your same date after you cancel, we’ll refund the deposit.

  • Metro OKC cities on the homepage are included. Tulsa and farther out may have a travel fee. It’s on the quote first.

  • Yes. 21+ for alcohol. No ID, no drink. We can cut someone off.

  • OKC, Norman, Edmond, Moore, Yukon, Midwest City, and Tulsa. Farther out is possible. Travel fee, if any, is on the quote before you pay.

DAY OF

  • Usually 45–60 minutes before service starts. Champagne wall or a bigger setup may need more time — we’ll put it on the quote.

  • A spot for the bar, one working outlet, and water access if you have it. Outdoor: shade or cover if you can.

  • Bar ice only. Intermediate 20 lbs · Small 30 lbs · The Experience 40 lbs · Large 70 lbs. Add extra ice ($45 / 20 lbs) for 75+ guests, outdoor heat, or beer-and-wine tubs.

  • Yes, after the package and menu are locked.

  • Any private event.

  • Same drinks, none of the alcohol, using Ritual Zero Proof.

    • (agave, rum, whiskey, gin, aperitif).

    • Up to 75 guests: $350. 76–150 guests:

    • $550. Regular and Zero Proof can run on the same bar.
