Born and raised in Oklahoma City, I started bartending almost by accident. One day I was behind the bar, and something just clicked. Connecting with people, making them feel good, watching a simple drink turn into a moment — it pulled me out of a tough stretch and made me feel alive again.
That feeling is why I do this. I love the human side of it. The conversations, the energy, the way a well-timed drink can shift the whole vibe of a night.
Now I’m building Colby’s Mixology Experience so I can share that same feeling with people across this amazing city — turning events into something unforgettable
